You own your data — campaign briefs, customer CSVs, and generated reports. We own the AI models, platform code, and scoring algorithms.
All subscriptions are billed monthly. No refunds on monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
The free tier is available by invitation only. Nufero reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.
Enterprise plans have custom terms negotiated separately. Contact enterprise@nufero.com.
We may terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. Campaign OS scores and revenue projections are estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
