What We Collect

We collect: email address, name, campaign data you submit, and customer data you upload (CSVs). We also collect usage analytics to improve the platform.

What We Don’t Do

We do NOT sell your data. Ever. Your customer data (CSVs) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Integrations

All integrations (Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.) use OAuth authentication. We never see or store your passwords.

Your Rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings → Data Management. We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Data Retention

Campaign analyses are retained for 12 months. Uploaded customer data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
